As the year draws to a close and a new one begins, I bring you warm greetings and heartfelt wishes for a joyous and blessed New Year!
This season of reflection and renewal gives us an opportunity to pause and thank God for His unfailing guidance and provision throughout 2024.
It has been a year unlike any other. We witnessed the hottest temperatures ever recorded, which led to heatwaves, droughts, wildfires, and massive flooding in various regions of the world.
The escalation of tensions in many regions has driven countless individuals from the comfort of their homes while economic challenges continue to weigh heavily on our nations.
Yet, amid these alarming realities, God’s grace has sustained us. You, His faithful workers, have remained steadfast, resilient, and committed to His mission.
Through your efforts, the sacred flame of hope and the gospel continues to burn brightly in the West-Central Africa Division.
I thank God for leading His church through these turbulent times and for your unwavering dedication, hard work, and resilience. Your commitment to the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church inspires hope and confidence as we step into the new year.
As we embrace 2025, let us recommit ourselves to the high calling of fulfilling God’s mission through the transformative initiatives of WAD Impact 2025.
This is our opportunity to ignite a spiritual revival across our territories, reaching every heart with the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ.
We also look forward to the 2025 General Conference Session with anticipation and hope. Let us continue to lift this global event in prayer, seeking the outpouring of the Holy Spirit to guide and bless His church as we make critical decisions to advance God’s work.
May the coming year bring renewed strength, deeper faith, and abundant blessings to your families and ministries. By God’s grace, I believe we will prosper—not for ourselves, but for the glory of His kingdom.
Together, let us press forward in faith, boldly proclaiming the Three Angels’ Messages and the soon return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
